PL-2B SHORT WAVE INFRARED DRYING Mobile short-wave infrared drying with two cassettes for highly efficient drying of paint coatings and preparatory materials in the automotive industry. Features: High radiation efficiency Accelerated solidification due to the penetration of IR radiation into the inner layers of the material Complete drying within 15 minutes - for 2K acrylic paints — and within 5 minutes - for polyester Putties Uniform heating of the drying surface Long service life of infrared emitters — more than 6000 hours! New control panel with pre-exposure and final drying timers. During infrared drying, the part is heated by radiation that penetrates through the paint layer and is absorbed first by the inner layer of the material, and then by the outer surface of the product. The equipment does not require warming up the camera before switching on, and the energy of the emitters is directly transmitted to the surface of the part and the material. Technical specifications: Heating time up to 60C: 3-5 min Drying time: Putty: 5-8 min Soil: 6-9 min Base coat: 7-8 min Varnish: 8-10 min Drying area: 0.8-0.8 M2 Part distance: 0.3-0.6 m Voltage: 220-240V, 50Hz, 2kW Specification: Number of lamps 2 Number of Sections 2 Wire length / cross-section 5m. 3x2. 5 m2 Control unit: timer, power regulator.
