User agreement

I (hereinafter referred to as "I" and/or "User") agree to the terms of this User Agreement and, by using the website: beruf.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and/or other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Online Platform Beruf" and/or "Online Platform"), when placing orders, corresponding, engaging in telephone conversations, leaving feedback, etc., give consent to the processing and protection of my personal data as a User, to the extent, procedure, and for the purposes of processing as set forth in the Data Processing Policy, located here: (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy" and/or "Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data").

Personal Data

I agree that the Owner has the right to grant access to and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional notifications, without changing the purpose of their processing, as defined in the Policy and this Agreement. This includes, without limitation, checking the information provided by me and I do not object to the transfer of this information to third parties for possible necessary clarification, which I understand to mean: financial institutions, collection agencies, mobile and postal operators, other natural and/or legal persons.

I consent to the request and receipt of data and information in the form of aggregated indicators from credit history bureaus included in the Unified Register of Credit History Bureaus (hereinafter referred to as the "Bureaus"), based on information contained in my credit history and/or based on information available from open sources, from third parties, using Bureau calculation models, and also to the use of this information by the Owner and/or third parties to determine and offer me marketing/special offers (financial limits) for the purchase of goods and/or services in my Personal Cabinet on the Online Platform Beruf.

We respect your right to privacy and the non-disclosure of your personal information. This User Agreement is a rule that all employees of our service adhere to and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the Online Platform Beruf: when using the service, placing orders, corresponding, engaging in telephone conversations, or any other communication involving data/information exchange. What Information We Collect

On the Online Platform Beruf, when you place an order, participate in a promotion, surveys, or otherwise interact with us, we collect both personal information and general data.

Personal information concerns a specific user and is processed in accordance with the limits and purposes defined in the Policy. We do not require registration or the provision of such information to view our Online Platform and access its content.

To place orders for goods/services, participate in promotions, surveys, or otherwise interact with us, you must carefully review your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, as specified in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," the Policy, carefully read this User Agreement and the Policy, and fully consent to their terms.

If you do not agree with any of the terms of this User Agreement and the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data, please do not provide personal information (personal data).

You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information at any time. To do this, simply send an email with the subject "Personal Data" to the following address: info@beruf.com.ua.

Why We Process Personal Data

The term "personal data" is used in the meaning defined in the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and constitutes a set of information about a user, as defined in the Policy.

We may process your personal data for the purposes and within the limits defined in the Policy. At the same time, one or more purposes may be applied simultaneously.

We operate in accordance with this User Agreement, based on the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data, and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The Owner of personal data is LLC "COMPANY BERUF" located at: 23B Komarova Street, Myla Village, Kyievo-Sviatoshynskyi District, Kyiv, Ukraine. We have the right to retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose specified in this User Agreement and the Policy.

How We Collect Information

The purpose, objectives of personal data processing, and other conditions related to the processing of personal data are determined in the Policy.

Personal information, as mentioned above, is provided directly by you and with your knowledge. For example, when you register on the Online Platform, we receive the information you provide. When you register for promotions, we collect the information necessary for your participation to fulfill our obligations to you. When you place an order for a product, we collect the information you provide to process and deliver your order. When you send us an email, we retain the email address you provided to be able to respond, and so on.

We also continuously collect general information when you visit our Online Platform. The process of collecting such data is carried out using cookie technologies, as explained below.

Upon account deletion, we suspend the processing of your personal data, which was processed based on your consent to the terms of using the website.

Cookies

Like many other companies, we use cookie technology on our online platform and beyond. Cookies are small pieces of information that our online platform sends to the user's (consumer's) hard drive to store information related to the online platform. This technology enhances your internet experience by preserving your preferences while you browse a specific website. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot configure your system or read information from your hard drive.

While browsing our online platform, we may place cookies on your computer. These temporary cookies are used to count the number of visits to our online platform and are deleted when you exit your browser. Persistent cookies may be stored on your computer by your browser. During registration, this type of cookie informs us whether you have visited us before or if this is your first visit. Cookies do not contain personal data and can be blocked by you at any time. Cookies do not acquire personal information about you, do not provide us with your contact information, and do not gather any information from your computer. We use cookies to determine the characteristics of the online platform and the offers that you prefer in order to provide you with more information that you are interested in. Additionally, cookie files are used to make the Beruf online platform secure, protected, and convenient. Cookie files provide support for security features and their activation. Cookie files also help assess the number and frequency of requests and detect and block visitors or devices attempting to perform batch data downloads from the online platform.

Most browsers have a "help" label on the toolbar, which will inform you about how to prevent the browser from accepting new cookies, receive notifications from the browser when you receive new cookies, or disable cookies. Remember that cookies allow you to fully utilize all the features of the Beruf online platform, and we recommend keeping them enabled.

Furthermore, the Beruf online platform may contain links to websites not operated by "COMPANY BERUF" LLC. These links are provided for informational purposes only. When you follow links to other websites, the terms and conditions of this Agreement and User Agreement do not apply to those websites.

The technical equipment of the Beruf online platform pages may include modules:

Facebook, Youtube (youtube.com), Telegram, Instagram, Viber.

These modules can be buttons for syncing your account on the Beruf online platform, liking, retweeting, or saying "I like." If a visitor opens a web page equipped with such a plugin, their internet browser will connect it directly to the servers of Facebook, Youtube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber. The plugin will transmit data to the server about which specific web pages of the Beruf online platform the visitor viewed. When using any plugin functions, this information will also be synchronized with the visitor's account on Facebook, Youtube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber. More detailed information about data collection and use by Facebook, Youtube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber networks, as well as rights and options for protecting personal data in this context, can be found in the privacy section on the Facebook, Youtube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber websites.

Contests and Promotions

The Beruf online platform occasionally posts messages about promotional events with the option to register online. In such cases, we will use the information you provide to conduct the promotion (for example, to notify you in case of winning). After a certain period following the end of the promotion, we will delete personal information from our database unless you have given consent for its retention and use to receive further information from us. By participating in the promotion, you grant unequivocal consent to the free use of your name, surname, photo, interview, or other materials about you for advertising purposes, including the right to publish your name and photo in mass media, any printed, audio, or video materials, and interviews with the media. Such use is not compensated (not paid).

Conditions for the transfer of personal data to third parties in such cases are determined in the Regulations.

Prices and Product Availability

The description of products posted on the online platform, including prices indicated on the online platform and information about the availability of products, may change. The order amount may change depending on the price, quantity, and assortment of products available on the date of shipment. The final cost of the product is indicated in the accounting and/or shipping documents provided to the buyer (or its representative) upon receipt of the order. In the absence of a product, the seller may unilaterally cancel the order.

Third Parties Providing Services

In the course of our operations, we engage other companies and individuals to perform various functions. For example, fulfilling and delivering orders, providing customer support, contracting certain agencies to administer promotional campaigns, and analyzing data. These agencies may have access to personal information if necessary to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from using personal information for any purpose other than that specified in our User Agreement and in our Privacy Policy, and we require them to maintain confidentiality.

General information pertains to aspects such as the number of visitors to the online platform, the pages they visit, the information they download, the type of web browser and operating system they use, the name of the internet service provider, and so on. When you visit our online platform, we automatically receive this information and aggregate it with similar data about other visitors. By collecting such information, we analyze how to better tailor our online platform to the needs of visitors.

Disclosure and Data Transfer

Information about the terms of disclosing personal data to third parties is contained in the Regulations.

Updating this Agreement

When you place an order, participate in a promotion, take surveys, or otherwise interact with us, you agree to the terms of the User Agreement and the Regulations.

We may unilaterally change or update parts of this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Please review the User Agreement periodically to be aware of its changes and updates. All changes to this User Agreement take effect upon publication. If any part of this User Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other parts shall remain in effect.
