Return and exchange

LLC "BERUF Company" guarantees the buyer's right to exchange or return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Terms of exchange of goods or refund of funds:

• No more than 14 days have passed from the date of purchase.
• The goods have not been used, their presentation, packaging, seals and labels have been preserved.
• All accompanying documents are present: sales receipt, warranty card (if any).
• The goods can be returned to the following address: Kyiv region, Myla village, Komarova st., 23b, LLC "BERUF Company".
• The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, within 7 working days after receiving the goods at the warehouse.
