Double car lifts HAUVREX (BERUF)

Hauvrex two-post lifts are professional-grade electro-hydraulic equipment manufactured by the Chinese brand of the same name since 2009. The model range includes units with lifting capacities from 3.5 to 6 tons and various synchronization and lock release systems.

Main Design Types

Hauvrex offers two main design options depending on the routing of the synchronization cables and hydraulic hoses:

Floor Plate: The cable runs under a protective threshold on the floor. These models (e.g., HTL2140, HTL2150) are convenient for spaces with low ceilings, as the posts are typically no higher than 2.9 m.

Clear Floor: The top crossbar provides a "clear floor," facilitating vehicle entry and the movement of tool trolleys. Popular models: HTL3140 (4 tons) and HTL3150 (5 tons).

Key Features

Release Systems: Models can be equipped with mechanical (manual) release from the stoppers on one or both sides, or automatic electromagnetic control (Solenoid Release) with a 24V remote control.

Claw Design: Both symmetrical and asymmetrical claws (e.g., in the HTL3140ASY model) are used to service a wide range of equipment, allowing the vehicle doors to open wider.

Safety: The equipment is CE-certified, equipped with safety valves in case of hydraulic damage, and rubber pads to protect the vehicle doors.

Power Supply: The equipment is available in 220V and 380V versions.
