Straightening bench, platform type slipway
The rich stand is designed to restore the geometry of the car body.
The slipway has a classic oval design with a large platform. The spacious and wide platform of 5.6 x 2.1 m allows you to secure a wide range of vehicles from subcompacts to SUVs and light trucks weighing up to 3500 kg. The slipway platform is made of high-strength steel profile.
The slipway is equipped with a hydraulic platform tilt mechanism for quick and easy vehicle installation. The platform has a large number of slots for fixing fixing clips, which allows you to quickly and securely fix the body of any design. The working height of the platform of 60 cm provides easy access to any part of the vehicle.
The slipway is equipped with two power devices ("cheryami"), one of which is equipped with a lifting beam for pulling up. The high-pressure pneumohydraulic system creates a tensile force of up to 10 tons. The slipway design allows you to move the "hangers" on the rollers along the platform, along the perimeter of the stand along the rail guides and fix them at any point, providing a 360° working area around the car body. Fixing of power devices is possible around the entire perimeter of the platform using special fasteners.
A set of accessories included in the package will allow you to repair car bodies of any complexity. For the convenience of placing all devices, a mobile trolley is used.
