What air pressure is required for operation?

To create a vacuum, a stable air line pressure in the range of 6–8 bar is required.

What is the maximum oil temperature for pumping?

The recommended oil temperature is 40–60°C. Cold oil is too thick and will pump slowly, while oil hotter than 60°C may damage the transparent measuring flask or internal seals.

How often should the measuring flask be cleaned? It is recommended to drain the oil from the upper flask into the lower tank after each measurement cycle to prevent the walls from becoming coated with a thick layer of dark deposits that interfere with monitoring the liquid level.
